Initiation into Sacred Cacao

This retreat is an invitation to immerse yourself in the healing, expansive, and transformative power of cacao. You will connect with its spirit and learn about its physical and energetic properties, exploring how it can nourish your body, open your heart, and expand your consciousness.

You will learn step-by-step how to prepare the ceremonial drink, along with key recommendations to help you activate your inner wisdom, as well as important precautions for safe and conscious use.

Cacao can become your powerful ally and travel companion. If you choose, this initiation will also prepare you to guide others in their own encounter with this sacred medicine.

Immerse yourself each day in yoga, meditation, and holistic workshops guided by Shaira, a Mexican curandera, and Salvador, a medicine musician—both with over 10 years of experience in ceremonies and spiritual guidance.

Experience transformative practices such as temazcal and cacao ceremonies, and explore the Medicine Wheel, herbalism, and rituals as tools for your journey of self-discovery.

Cacao Initiation
Connect deeply with the spirit of cacao and receive its teachings and guidance for your daily life. You will also learn how to share this medicine with others in a conscious and respectful way.

Medicine Wheel
Discover this sacred symbol present in many cultures, representing the directions of the universe and their reflection within us. Learn elemental harmonization practices through herbalism, fire, air, and water.

Ceremonies & Rituals with Cacao
Take part in fire ceremonies, amulet creation, energetic harmonization, intention planting, cord cutting, temazcal, or rapé accompanied by cacao.

Integration
A online space after your retreat to share experiences, clarify questions, and take home practical tools for your daily life.

Shaira, a native Mexican curandera, doula, and apprentice midwife, has been supporting births, celebrations, healings, farewells, beginnings, and countless transformational processes for over 10 years through rituals and circles sustained by the energy of nature and the wisdom of her ancestral heritage, acquired through her journey with the elders of the Anahuac tradition.
